The Data Use Regulations (DUR) of the Childhood Cancer Registry (ChCR) provides a guideline for access to ChCR data by third parties and describes the types of data requests that are permissible and the format, in which data can be provided. The DUR defines the access to ChCR data by third parties in accordance with the Cancer Registration Act (CRA, SR 818.33), its ordinance (CRO), as well as the Human Research Act (HRA; SR 810.30) and its ordinance (HRO).
