Uniform and complete cancer registration in Switzerland

The Cancer Registration Act enters into force on 1 January 2020. Press release of the National Agency of Cancer Registration (NACR) and the Childhood Cancer Registry (ChCR).

The Cancer Registration Act (CRA, RS 818.33) comes into force on 1 January 2020. It stipulates the uniform and complete registration of cancer in Switzerland. Such a systematic registration contributes to a better understanding of cancer and helps to optimise cancer treatment.
